Grant Showcasing - “Happiness Heals”
The grant was for $4,361.65. Teen Leadership II students from Legacy and Summit. The purpose of the grant is to train our students in the art of CLOWNING and use the art to spread happiness to those children in and out of our district that need a little happiness in their lives.
The grant supplies the training, costumes/makeup and transportation. Th objective is to train our students to use their humor and positive talents to help others. The students plan to visit a local hospital to raise spirits and also work with the SPED departments within our schools. Let me know if you need more information.
