How Do I Become a Board Member?
The Foundation board interviews prospective board members in May of
each year. Specific questions regarding becoming a board member should be
emailed to lindabacsik@mansfieldisdfoundation.org or call 817 299-6354 for more
information.
What is the responsibility of a board member?
A board member has the responsibility of cooperatively working with the Mansfield ISD Board of Trustees and administration toward fulfilling the long-range and short-range goals and objectives of the District. Foundation board members should have a genuine interest in the mission and goals of the foundation and be willing to use their time, influence and specialized or professional knowledge for the benefit of the students and staff who will be supported through the foundation’s work.
